Its been a while since I made a craft update. As you probably know, I'm not too great in keeping a schedule.
Eevee
- Crochet
This was made for my sister using Drops yarn. The neck didn't fluff too well as Drops yarn isn't really one that fluffs.
Flareon
- Crochet
This was made for my sister using Drops yarn. The neck didn't fluff too well as Drops yarn isn't really one that fluffs. The head fluff is from the strands left on the brush after attempting to fluff the neck part.
Christmas Robin
- Cross Stitch
This piece was sitting in my UFO pile for a while. It's a small Mouseloft chart. I have a lot of Mouseloft charts sitting around to be done.
Rose Hair Clip
- Crochet
This was made for my sister. I forget the yarn used for this one. It's huge but by sister has weird taste and likes huge hair pieces.
?Rose Hair Clip
- Crochet
This was made for my sister. I forget the yarn used for this one. It's huge but by sister has weird taste and likes huge hair pieces. It doesn't have petals like the others because I ran out of yarn and she said to leave it as is.
Rose Hair Clip
- Crochet
This was made for my sister. I forget the yarn used for this one. It's huge but by sister has weird taste and likes huge hair pieces. You can see the size of this one in comparison to my hand. The red one is the same sort of size.
Capuche Hood
- Crochet
My sister wanted this one as well. Made with Heartland yarn and very soft. I made it to the pattern originally but the side tails didn't dangle so my sister asked me to add more croc stitch rows.
Flower Hair Clip
- Crochet
This was made for my sister. I forget the yarn used for this one. It's huge but by sister has weird taste and likes huge hair pieces. This one was made with Drops yarn which seems to have given it a stiffer appearance.
Tiny Pouch
- Crochet
I was thinking about the Japan trip at the end of the year and I wanted a small pouch for the lenses of my Instax camera. So I found this pouch on Etsy. Made with a chinese brand of bamboo yarn, it's also fairly soft.
Medium Pouch
- Crochet
This was made as a variation to the tiny pouch. Not sure what to use this pouch for but I'll think of something...
Owl Cookie Jar
- Clay, Restoration
Lastly this owl was a restoration project. He was going to be thrown but I decided to try and repair him. Originally; the lid was missing a knob, two part of the inner lip of the jar were broken, and 4 toes were broken with one completely missing.
I used terracotta clay to repair the areas and completely reform the toe before I attempted to colour match the repaired areas with acrylic paint. Finally it got a coat of PVC glue to give it a bit of a shine as well to bring it closer to the ceramic shine.
